I hate this because most people can't be bothered to learn the most basic of things. Life is just easier if you are observant, curious and resolute: Why it doesn't spray downwards? What does the spray head does? How it pumps liquids up? Can we reorient the siphon? Fixed!
I've seen this GIF thousands of time on 4chan since it was used to bump a thread. Years later I watched Trailer Park Boys and my mind exploded when I saw this scene; never connected the dots until then. It's just a silly throwaway gag with a supporting character and yet I have it ingrained in my mind as a attention-calling device for a specific internet subculture.
Also, PDFs exported for printing are full-quality without lossy compression. I once downloaded a 150 MB menu because the graphic designer exported the PDF with images without any compression or resizing whatsoever.
I hate that photo because Windows will try to geolocate your IP and put the closest thing in the Spotlight wallpaper feature. Thus, I'm constantly seeing that image in new Windows installs, with its stupid bloom. Goddamn it looks like the HL2: Lost Coast tech demo
As a rule of thumb, yes. Then you have purists who only listen to ripped vinyl records in 24 bits, 192kHz WAV format or people who don't give a fuck about quality and live happily with millions of 128kbps MP3s.
So this happens because the urethra loses moisture and welds shut, then pee chooses the least-resistance path. If you can't pee sitting ('cause it's easier), one trick is to clamp your dick and push to pee, then release. The pressure will open the urethra wide and a beautiful, directed stream of piss will come out. Also, pull your foreskin back when peeing and clean afterwards with a dab of toilet paper. Fellating persons will thank you!
Yet another Pizzacake strawman, yawn.

Let me point you this way.
Perhaps it's Spanish-language Windows installs? Don't know.
