I discovered a little shop that sells normal convenience store items but also some incredibly delicious middle eastern delicacies. Some are imported spices and herbs that are hard to find elsewhere. It's been fun trying new recipes to learn a few basic middle eastern dishes I have never made myself before. I wouldn't have found this hidden gem if I hadn't been purposefully seeking non-american variety in my grocery options.
I totally understand that! Dual booting can be a bit of a pain. Windows doesn't always play nice on that front. Luckily I have a windows work laptop and my wife's laptop when I need windows for something specific and it's easier to just use that. I've been meaning to try some other distros and explore that.
For me the big hurdle was gaming, and now with proton it's no longer an issue.
A year or so ago I made the leap to Linux and was absolutely astonished that it required zero skills or effort I didn't already have by being the family IT guy. I picked Linux mint because it was specially said to mimic the windows look and feel without bloat to create the least effort switch and I would say that's exactly my experience with it. It's free, and you can run it off a USB stick to test drive it any time you like. Strong recommend my friend
I've only played the demo like you and had the same experience. I liked it alright enough, I enjoy fallout shelter and this definitely has the same vibe. I don't think the game is worth the price right now, I just can't see it having the staying power I would want out of it. But I'll certainly pick it up on sale.
Holy shit. This is a war crime, but the sprinkle of pepper on top is absolutely hilarious. I imagine her sprinkling it on like salt bae over her masterpiece
They were stupid for supporting trump, but in truth, many of my friends are stupid and I love them anyway (and I hope they feel the same way about me). This act of stupidity is harder to forgive, but I suppose if they've come around I can learn to accept them as allies.
