Don't forget about other unnoticed tactic, redirecting your attention to something that has nothing do to with the subject, just to make you disregard entire discussion or pay attention to something different. It's subtle but happening all the time, now you'll see it everywhere.

to make it easier to reproduce, scroll that paragraph with raptor rehabbers upto the top, like in the screenshot below, and then try to make selection, it will jump way down by itself (?)

it also happens if there are more than on paragraphs (no embedded links needed)

when paragraph is on the top, selecting whatever text makes it jumps down, tested on comment by:

  • calamityjanitor@world

and comments by:

  • lussy@heaxbear
  • lenieljerron@world

all comments contain more than 1 paragraph

if crash reporting is opt-in (i.e. disabled by default but it can be enabled in the app settings) the app is acceptable for their policies because users have to give their consent to enable reports (which are a form of tracking).

I guess F-Droid's logic makes sense.

Q:

What exactly Sentry collects? What kind of identifiable info goes out of the phone?
