I wasn't seeing that, but I managed to find out why it wasn't working. Turns out PSCX2 thought I wasn't logged in to retro achievements, even though I was. But logging out and back in fixed it
Update: I managed to find and fix my issue. Turns out PSCX2 thought I wasn't logged in, even though I was. So I logged out and back in again and it sorted itself.
I found it out by opening PSCX2 directly, going to Tools > enable log window. Then I launched the game and looked at the log window and saw a section starting with the word Achievements, and it said something along the lines of "skipping check as we're not logged in".
Hopefully this will be some help to someone in the future!

Ah yeah, I discovered that the hard way recently haha. Definitely worth keeping in mind. Seems like it's usually the US version of games that are supported
Todd Howard should have been cut loose ages ago, like after Skyrim
I remember reading something ages ago about Todd. Apparently he has all of these big ideas, some of which are just not practical. He needed someone to keep him in check so things didn't go off the rails. I believe that person either left or was let go at some point, so now Todd is just surrounded by yes men, never telling him when one of his ideas is bad. So we end up in this situation with Bethesda the way it is. Not saying that's the only reason of course, but I believe it's a contributing factor
