I don't recognise the name, and can't find it in Maps. Is it possible for dreamed up the name?
The description sounds like most housing estates though. 300mΒ² blocks filled with houses that include media rooms and walk in wardrobes so you end up with your house basically rubbing cheeks with your neighbours. Honestly at that point buy a duplex or townhouse. Or even an apartment. It's not like there's any lawn there to worry about.
There's been a few posts on various "dodgy builders exposed" type groups of late about the brickwork between two houses looking rough and there's honestly less than a hands width between. I can only imagine how manky and wet that area is going to get, and how many possums die after getting wedged in there.
Well, it sounds like you appreciated their contributions at least. For your sake I'm sorry they are giving up on posting for whatever particular reason they've ended up settling on.
I scrolled back a few pages in their posting history and it was basically a transcript of the International Terminal at the airport - constantly announcing departures.
in order to stick it to the politicians, heβs thinking of voting for Pauline
Also... Why do people do this?
"Those fat cats dont represent us! I'm going to vote for the grifter under the thumb of a billionaire, that'll show them"
Why not vote for something more progressive, like Greens? A party that is actively trying to reduce the power and influence of the fat cats at the top most people complain about.
Also to TRK, it turns out that there is a growing faction of Beanie enthusiasts, so you might want to tone down your vilification regarding the appreciators of head warmers.
If its growing in popularity, it sounds like I need to tone UP my vilification. These beanie-wearers are getting a little too comfortable going out in public with their woollen head garments, acting like its just for noggin warmth when really it has that more sinister hidden meaning
No idea who that is, but I gotta be honest... as soon as I see someone complaining about "teh drama" and throwing around the term 'tankies' I really lose interest in committing any further to whatever the rest of the post says.
I'm sure its a loss to whoever, or a net benefit to whoever.
This is supposed to be our quiet time (fridgies), and it is pretty quiet. Enough to keep everyone occupied for a decent portion of the day, but also to enjoy a relaxing coffee before starting and lunches that go a fair bit longer than they technically should.
It's good to embrace the slow when you get the chance.

Let's get ready to rruuuummmbbbbllleee!
Puppydome 2026 kicking off with a historic 1v1v1 no paws barred fight between Fred, Timmy, and Meg.
Woo, Rocklea! Big it up for the four one oh six.
If it looks like rain, avoid the back streets. You'll get flooded in.
The puppies got pancakes this morning:

The pancake itself lasted a lot longer than the ice cream topping:

I'm telling you, it's time to make it official. Work the weekend, take off Monday and Tuesday.
More money, and no Mondayitis.

Going for a stroll outside
I know nothing about the missing beanies π
Tough few seconds.
I didn't look, but since I mostly only post here I suspect I'm in the clear.
Big weekend of mowing the lawn
Dog obviously very put out by all the noise
More than you can afford pal... Beagle π
Smoke em π
Given the amount spent so far on this litter I think we'd need to sell them for about $8k a pop. And there'd need to be 4 of them.

Running in to the weekend!
