the youtube dislike extensions have gotta be massive privacy risks, right? they track your IP, a fingerprint, and your engagement with youtube content. all you have is the developer's word that they aren't selling your data. and the data could be accessed without them knowing.
ive done this on small parts with an AMS and it works well for snug joints, except on a single-nozzle setup the contamination weakened the part too much. if you have multiple nozzles, this is a great idea IMO
vscodium is pretty toothless compared to the first-party vscode builds. i forget the exact details, i think i was having issues with the dev container plugins not working at all.
i've been using zed.dev with all of the AI features turned off and its been nice. it's probably a matter of time before they enshittify too, but for now i'm enjoying it.
imo this and the enshittification of games are symptoms of the same root cause. games are too big and expensive now. one auteur on a 1000 person team can't have the same level of impact as one auteur on a 10 person team. they definitely have fewer opportunities to develop their reputation/skill/style on big teams
if it helps, iirc the image on the right was made in a circlejerk subreddit making fun of chuds, but then it got taken seriously by real chuds on twitter
each chat/social network represents a different tier of intimacy with a person. i am mutuals with a lot of people on IG who i'd never give my number to, and i chat with them occasionally.
if my consumer products company, out of nowhere, made two series of top performing chips at different price points, i'd also want to put them everything
im really picky when it comes to resolution scaling since i do some design, so i have to use an integer scale. 5k gives me a 1440p monitor's worth of screen real estate at twice the sharpness.
27" fits more comfortably on my desk with a laptop mounted too. 220ppi is just nice to have.
with the steam deck starting to age out of newer 3D indies and AA games, i was hoping these companies would continue to deliver. $1800 is steep though. this is a terrible time for consumer electronics.
a friend of mine sent me a video of dystopian fiction, he was saying something like "ai is gonna be so cool" and i got so angry

someone's gotta pay for the servers to run.
nice recommendation, and they've also got a great DMG background too
in broad strokes youre right, but the palworld designs are so egregiously ripped off.
as soon as i started to see billboards and bus adverts i had a feeling mullvad wasnt what i thought it was. sad, i was hoping i was wrong.

witchfire is in early access but it's a single player extraction shooter that kicks ass. gunplay on par with bungie imo

every once in a while i get captcha blocked by the search providers. its a little annoying but i can restart the tunnel to get my searches back

yes, i think flappy bird had a really elegant onboarding/tutorial:

silver got spayed :(
this is an impossible question. mmbn has unique gameplay and a grassroots pvp scene. mmz is the mega man 2d platforming formula perfected.

holy price but the xdr being 5k 27" miniled 120hz is kind of my perfect monitor
no depressed millennial has any self respect to begin with
