The Orions are the real orcs, since they're fight-y, often criminal, and green. Klingons are dwarves. Honorable combat, clans, they hate the dark elf race, etc.

Aethetics aside, I'd say they're closer to drow. They enslave others in masse, usually evil, occasionally good/neutral.
