Okay so here's the new rule. When posting something on the internet you should be required to spell at least 20% of it correctly. If you cannot match that milestone then perhaps you shouldn't be allowed access.
I think you're not being serious, but in case you are, this should not be the case as it would unfairly discriminate against those learning English as a second language, or with a language disability. It would also be unable to enforce on the whole internet, just specific sites.
That's "doesn't have two brain cells to run together" speech. I have a fake white supremacist Facebook alt where I report all my Nazi friends posts on Facebook and get them banned, and the Klan is PAINFUL in its stupidity.
