With the skin color we can see and all the other stuff, yeah I'm pretty certain they aren't actually indigenous American. They're just a white American who doesn't understand English and thinks their magic words mean something.
Well you see, the government is illegitimate, and it's also holding a bunch of money for me that is my birthright as someone who has been born, and when they demand an "ID" or "account number," they're actually just playing a game to hide the money from us. But we know better!
