Number three seems like the equivalent of assless chaps. I vote two

Phineaz@feddit.org · 40 pts · 1y (1 reply)

I vote three, for the exact same reason.

All chaps are assless. That’s why they’re chaps and not pants

moistclump@lemmy.world · 3 pts · 1y

I think of the assless part as depending on whether the individual has chosen to wear a layer underneath the chaps.

captain_aggravated@sh.itjust.works · 34 pts · 1y (4 replies)

Part of the problem here is that's a lore inaccurate spider. It shows most of the legs attached to the abdomen, when all eight legs and the pedipalps are all attached to the cephalothorax.

FlembleFabber@sh.itjust.works · 11 pts · 1y (3 replies)

This guy spiders

captain_aggravated@sh.itjust.works · 11 pts · 1y (2 replies)

I very don't. I'm a pretty serious arachnophobe. But you know what they say, know thy enemy. Their chest is also their head.

Flocklesscrow@lemm.ee · 4 pts · 1y (1 reply)

Relatable

captain_aggravated@sh.itjust.works · 3 pts · 1y

So I think a spider would Donald Duck it and wear a shirt but no pants.

Sanctus@lemmy.world · 34 pts · 1y (1 reply)

2

Skua@kbin.earth · 4 pts · 1y

2 is normal cut trousers, 1 is low cut. 3 is spider chaps

A week or two ago, I posted about a classic spider blowjob gif.

Perhaps you should scroll through my comment history.

I assume pants are supposed to cover reproductive organs as well as legs, so 2.

wesker@lemmy.sdf.org · 6 pts · 1y

Unfortunately.

Maultasche@lemmy.world · 18 pts · 1y

2 looks like a Tachikoma

AeonFelis@lemmy.world · 16 pts · 1y

The question is not "how". The question is "why".

  1. Short shorts
  2. Pants
  3. Assless chaps
Slovene@feddit.nl · 6 pts · 1y

ALL CHAPS ARE ASSLESS! GOODNIGHT!

dejected_warp_core@lemmy.world · 11 pts · 1y (1 reply)

Honestly, I'm just occasionally concerned with normal spiders "wearing" my pants right before I try to put them on.

To all the arachnophobes that read this: I'm very sorry.

  1. makes the most sense to me, because I anthropomorphize things alot.
  2. would make the most sense to a scientist. (Can't recall the name for a spider specialist)
  3. would make the most sense if the spider was also a rapper and/or part of an inner city gang
explodicle@sh.itjust.works · 5 pts · 1y (4 replies)

arachnologist

Wizard_Pope@lemmy.world · 4 pts · 1y (3 replies)

No no it is obviously spiderist.

hungryphrog@lemmy.blahaj.zone · 4 pts · 1y (2 replies)

Spiderist sounds more like someone who discriminates against spiders.

Wizard_Pope@lemmy.world · 3 pts · 1y (1 reply)

Sign ne up those freaks have 8 legs. Leave some shoes for the rest of us.

Damn spiders invading our homes and taking all our shoes and hunting all our flies. And then they have rhe gall to just set up camp in a corner of a room?! Um hello you got a permit for that web mister or will I have to call the cops on ya????

hungryphrog@lemmy.blahaj.zone · 4 pts · 1y

Stop being spiderist, arachnids are people too!

lemmyng@lemmy.ca · 6 pts · 1y

Ever seen a spider molting? It's practically 2.

Anticorp@lemmy.world · 5 pts · 1y

2

NocturnalMorning@lemmy.world · 5 pts · 1y (3 replies)

Answer, they wouldn't

Gullible@sh.itjust.works · 12 pts · 1y (2 replies)

Agreed, spiders are notoriously free spirited

NocturnalMorning@lemmy.world · 5 pts · 1y

That's why I hang out with spiders instead of people

CallMeMrFlipper@lemmy.world · 3 pts · 1y

Aka, Harlots!

MTK@lemmy.world · 4 pts · 1y

1 is the old disgusting drunk that is shirtless and almost bursting out of his jeans

2 is as normal as it can look

3 is very seductive 😏😏

VolumetricShitCompressor@lemmy.dbzer0.com · 4 pts · 1y

Number two, unless it's a slutty spider. Then number one.

shasta@lemm.ee · 4 pts · 1y

Since its main purpose is to cover your genitals, none of the above.

If it is just to protect the legs then 2 or 3 does the job, but 2 looks impossible to create in reality unless you sew it around the spider. Maybe we are assuming the spider spins this around itself with its webs so maybe that will work.

toynbee@lemmy.world · 4 pts · 1y

I saw (I think) the original instance of this meme.

Every time I forget it, another evolution of it pops up.

I love it.

AnUnusualRelic@lemmy.world · 3 pts · 1y (2 replies)

Hmmm, how does it get its change out of its pocket?

Klear@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 1y

Spiders never change.

Flocklesscrow@lemm.ee · 1 pts · 1y

Only when molting

lath@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 1y

Spiders wear onesies.

hungryphrog@lemmy.blahaj.zone · 2 pts · 1y (1 reply)

I think somewhere between 2 and 3. 3 looks weird because the spider's ass is uncovered (it's like if your pants ended at the crotch) and 2 looks more like a spider jumpsuit or pants pulled over the belly.

Zron@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 1y

If your primary means of housing came out of your ass, you’d probably embrace the assless slacks too

FlyingSquid@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 1y

It would have to be 3 unless 1 and 2 had holes in the back or no spider web.

Pacmanlives@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 1y

2 looks like a the head of a dick poking out
