That isn't what toxic trait means, and I can't tell if that is supposed to be part of the joke.

Maybe she knows your real favorite drink and she's just trolling you by giving you wrong one so you think she's doing it wrong while she's actually intentionally doing that :P

Best coffee shop I ever used to frequent was the worst at getting drinks correct. Owner was fantastic, friendly, and put years of work into building community there. Such a rare find in the city made me feel like I was in a small town again. Anyway I always ordered the same drink and always walked away with something completely different. I didn't care I was there for the community. Met a lot of good people there

Is the wrong drink the same, or is it a different drink every day? If it's different, then they are really bad.

I’m not paying Starbucks prices to drink something I didn’t order.

There's a waiter at my IHOP that "knows" I like hashbrowns with my omelet and never gives me a chance to change it up to pancakes.
