Wasn't there a significantly higher concentration of oxygen 65 million years ago or something? That might make it easier for big things to get enough oxygen for aerobic processes.

And I am not sure how to view you as a human being if your perception differs
I would say B. Also, you would need a bigger basket for the head to fall into and probably a few more people on hand if you wanted to lift the head up to display to the crowd.
