Its a few straight lines + one circle + text
i did not even give the effort and skill to draw the original meme template (the one with a man refusing and agreeing)
I am sure that even ai bros could draw at this level
If they (or someone else) dont it would be more a disability than a skill issue
And if they cant write they could use mspaint or something that allows to add text
