One who knows not, and know they know not is wise. If you claim to know, you're either making stuff up or using a nonrigorous definition of knowledge.

I'm lucky to know I'm a smart dumb person, because

I know several, and have encountered many, truly smart people.
I've known a great many clever dumb people.
I know my father, and believe genetics is a strong influencer (not determiner).
