There's a neat episode of Cinematic Therapy on YT that discussed the movie. He actually handles her condition remarkably well and respectfully. Everything is done with consent and care for her well-being.
The left one yeah sure. The right one just doesn't seem to fit at all. I don't know fashion but it looks like he is mashing 3-4 looks that don't actually go together.
