We (me and my hammered friends) just want to decide which is the best board/card game to play totally drunk.

So what's some easy game to play under influence of alcohol? Or other drugs if you are in to it. I am looking for just simple games we just had few rounds of BANG!.

Sorry I wrote this bit drunk try to decipher the meaning.

Jackbox party pack!

Ok, so it's technically a video game, but it plays like board games!

I think it qualifies! Another quasi board game my friends and I love playing is bullet bughouse chess. Just absolute pandemonium

Wavelength. You end up getting in silly arguments about very specific things.

Yes, last time we played we had a schism in our group over how sexy an animal a bearded dragon is 😆

Alcohol lowers your inhibitions. You know what needs low inhibition? Monikers. It's super simple and gets everyone laughing over how stupid their teammates are acting.

Social deduction games sound extra fun when everyone is uninhibited, I'd recommend Love Letter, Coup, Codenames...

Three great deduction games, none of them are social deduction though. And Love Letters is not great with 8 players.

Imagine:

This games is a hoot even sober. Few beers in and everyone’s yelling out guesses as the instigator is dancing around with cards. It’s like Pictionary but you don’t even to be sober enough to draw.

Seconded! I grabbed this almost in passing for one of my kids for Christmas a number of years ago. Just needed one more gift and I was done Christmas shopping. Passing by the Barnes and Noble games shelves, I saw it, picked it up, read the description quickly, and threw it in my basket. Christmas day, after all was opened, we broke Imagine out for the first time, and realized what we had after the first round. Absolutely excellent game!

Great for kids or when you're drunk:

Looping Louie. Even the online reviews allude to it being more of a drinking game or a game to play while drunk than a children's game.

Flux,

It has many themes and seems complicated at the outset but within one or two rounds everyone understands it.

You can even get it in a drinking version with waterproof cards

Skull works great drunk, just need a few extra beer mats for eight players. I'm also fond of drawing games; Telestration and Doodledash. Games like Just one and Ito too. As long as you don't take the games too seriously.

Skull is the perfect game for this.

It's basically distilled poker.

Another game that has a drinking theme is The Red Dragon Inn

Highly recommend Ready Set Bet! Played using a laptop or tablet for the horses. Genuinely so much fun.

Also good one for simplicity, Salt of Sea. Fun, fast, simple but spicy.
