Yeah? And? That would be bad for YOU I guess, but that's not a legal argument. The trial is over and the judgement has already been made.

I encourage everyone to check out the Knowledge Fight podcast, specifically the "Formulaic Objections" episodes series.
It's "annotated" audio footage from the depositions of Alex and his coworkers/conspirators.
It is the best evidence that he's just making it all up, and trying to make as much money as possible while dodging any kind of accountability.
Its also "annotated" by two real funny fellas. Worth a listen for sure.
Also some phenomenal work by the lawyers just constantly giving him just enough rope to hang himself.
