It exceeded my expectations. Still games well with COD Mobile. It takes great pictures, but I do miss the telephoto lens, and the battery life is far better than I thought it would be.

Absolutely, and that’s why I’m considering moving back to a Pro Max tbh. But the Air is such a pleasure to have in hand, it really is a fine piece of tech
It looks fascinating and will go to an Apple Store just to try it out :) but yeah substantial compromises have been made.
Regarding the Pro Max: I have a regular 17 Pro and find it a brick! Big and bulky, borderline usable one-handed. I cannot fathom carrying and using the Max size! I have fairly big hands, too. Maybe is the jump from the XS that makes everything feel cumbersome, that phone lies just perfectly in the hand…
