What is the justification for pointing guns at people who are just minding their own business?
Another day another atrocity in USA.Another day several atrocities in USA.
The normal police in USA is pretty bad, but ICE is literally using Gestapo methods, and wouldn't be allowed in a civilized country.
I'm guessing the methods used by ICE aren't legal in USA either, so why is nobody stopping them?

It's a performance piece. ICE acts like this because they are pretending that they are actually the ones under threat. That they are really fighting to survive in a lawless land where every man's hand is against them. The truth, of course, is that the main threat to anyone in the area is ICE itself, but they have to maintain the optics otherwise the media might wake up and realize that ICE's main opposition in Portland are people dancing around in inflatable frog costumes.

The problem is that they are not systematically being stopped from their illegal activities, and the real scandal is that the law is not stopping them.
USA has become so awful I feel bad just reading about it, I can't imagine the hell it must be to live there? And probably even have neighbors that support this shit!
