Just an Afghan Hound being goofy, they have two modes, aloof and noble, and silly goofy...
I didn't know they came in any other color but wheat. I saw two on the tram while commuting, and they were so sweet.
Also white and yes they're sweethearts but very independent dogs, like half cat dogs.

This looks exactly like the picture I drew of a dog when I was in kindergarten that everybody said looked like a black man with bunny ears.
I feel vindicated but I'm still a terrible artist.
