Incredible geometry

Yeah, the composition is amazing, the way the shadows' lines carry through into and are interrupted by the figure.

This must have been the kind of geometry that Lovecraft was always going on about.

Love the one foot under the carpet.

Such a lovely detail. Especially the shadow formed behind where the foot is since the carpet is raised there.

So is this... cubism? Nah?
