Don't worry, this is all part of AMC's swan song... Hopefully.

If it really was a concession pass, instead of just a popcorn pass, it would be worth it.

You could tell people your deepest secrets AND get a snack at the same time.

Edit: it used to say confession pass in the comment above

What do confessionals and cinemas have in common? Awkward handjobs in the dark by strangers. Also, indelible regret. 🙂‍↕️

And a refill. It might take a while.

If you're paying an 800% markup on any product you're getting fleeced even if they offer a sale for only 400%

They would still make a killing. Concessions are the most overpriced items compared to costs.

Its because its basically the thing they make a profit off of. Movie tickets alone do not even close to pay for everything theaters need. Bug part of why they are dying is even with the absurd price they are charging for tickets is most of it does not go to them.

Sounds like a free surround sound upgrade for everyone else in the cinema!

I see maybe one movie a year at the theater. Watched Superman this year, and that mainly because I had the kids for the summer. That was it, won't go again in 2025. Maybe something in 2026 will tempt me.
