What is it about someone that gives off the “meth look”? Like it’s a very specific vibe, but I can’t place what exactly contributes to it

Wild eyes, lack of visible teeth, premature aging, skin damage from picking or scratching, a significant lack of body fat. Meths so common we all see it enough to know the signs even if you don't wikki the symptoms
