... Do DND rules allow for an otherwise inanimate object to... itself, cast fireball?

DragonTypeWyvern@midwest.social · 8 pts · 253d (2 replies)

Yes, use the trap rules

... and that's why I'm not a DND DM.

Though this does lead me to a follow question:

... Can an entire house, be a trap?

A kind of... traphouse, if you would?

JargonWagon@lemmy.world · 5 pts · 252d

Only if it's always playing trap music.

But I stg if you complain about your second monitor again I'm taking your thunderbolt dock away.

Hupf@feddit.org · 8 pts · 252d

In Germany, we have Prüfung ortsveränderlicher elektrischer Betriebsmittel against that.

ulterno@programming.dev · 8 pts · 253d (2 replies)

So you have a device that will cast fireballs for you and you don't sell it?
It even did 2x at the same time!

Just get it identified to know the % chance to cast fireball and you can sell it at the enchanted weapon shop.
Even if not, Gheed will probably take it off of you.

So, when the entire landfill goes up in flames due to improper battery disposal we'll know who to blame.

Misread, thought they meant the whole laptop.

ButteryMonkey@piefed.social · 12 pts · 254d (3 replies)

Are there batteries in laptop charger cords? That doesn’t sound right..

SanctimoniousApe@lemmings.world · 10 pts · 254d (1 reply)

For some reason I interpreted that as throwing away the whole laptop. Mea culpa.

tazeycrazy@feddit.uk · 2 pts · 252d

Yea, so did I.

Swedneck@discuss.tchncs.de · 1 pts · 222d

do capacitors count?

shalafi@lemmy.world · 5 pts · 254d
