So you have a device that will cast fireballs for you and you don't sell it?
It even did 2x at the same time!
Just get it identified to know the % chance to cast fireball and you can sell it at the enchanted weapon shop.
Even if not, Gheed will probably take it off of you.

And then forget about it, and just leave it off.

... Do DND rules allow for an otherwise inanimate object to... itself, cast fireball?

Yes, use the trap rules

... and that's why I'm not a DND DM.
Though this does lead me to a follow question:
... Can an entire house, be a trap?
A kind of... traphouse, if you would?

So, when the entire landfill goes up in flames due to improper battery disposal we'll know who to blame.Misread, thought they meant the whole laptop.
ButteryMonkey@piefed.social · 12 pts · 254d
Are there batteries in laptop charger cords? That doesn’t sound right..
SanctimoniousApe@lemmings.world · 10 pts · 254d
For some reason I interpreted that as throwing away the whole laptop. Mea culpa.
