I'm getting tired of the classics: Pepperoni, bell pepper, mushroom, onion, pineapple, etc. Everybody knows them, have them all the time, yawn. I want to buy something original and unique to put on my pizza for dinner. Make me an offer!

May I interest you in one of the classics?

Is this an acceptable pizza for someone not sick?
Whostosay@sh.itjust.works · 2 pts · 228d
It's acceptable to anyone who seeks the ultimate flavor.

Pesto sauce, feta cheese, salami, sundried tomatoes, and artichoke hearts
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 1 pts · 229d
How much per slice?
fascicle@leminal.space · 3 pts · 229d
I put a lot of everything because I'm a fatty, although feta is hard to get a lot of it always comes in small containers around me

Live ants.
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 3 pts · 228d
Won't they just eat the pizza before I get to it?
ArseAssassin@sopuli.xyz · 3 pts · 228d
It's like oregano, you just sprinkle them on as soon as you're ready to eat.
Notyou@sopuli.xyz · 4 pts · 229d
It's not too unique but no one mentioned it so goat cheese and veggies. I like jalapenos, roasted garlic, broccoli, or whatever good veggie. I love putting veggies on my pizza and the goat cheese sets it off.
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 3 pts · 228d
How much?
Notyou@sopuli.xyz · 2 pts · 227d
I try not to over load it because then I can pick up a slice without it falling off. Just a bit of each but make sure to cover enough of the pizza. I put smaller gloves of cheese over spreading it over the whole thing.
wesker@lemmy.sdf.org · 4 pts · 229d

Okay, $2 (that's a pretty good offer for me)

Chicken soup with egg rolls in the center, I stand them straight up like candles. At 16 per dollar slice, served in a bowl.
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 1 pts · 229d
I don't like a soggy pizza, can you do dehydrated chicken soup powder or gel?
ArsonButCute@lemmy.dbzer0.com · 3 pts · 228d
My favorite pizza toppings:
Asparagus Heads, Brussels Sprouts (quartered), Maitake mushroom (shredded), whole roasted garlic cloves. Toss all of that in a mix of oil, coconut aminos, and parmasan cheese. Spread over the pizza and add a boatload of black pepper and whatever herbs you like.
Edit: Ah fugg, I just realized this is buy-sell-trade. Uhhhhhhh I'll give it up for 16¢ and a pack of wheat free brewskies
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 1 pts · 227d
16¢ for the lot?

Sprinkle it in blotches, a small lump here, another lump there. You don't want to saturate it. You want to taste the main ingredient every couple of bites. In between you taste the base flavor. ( can be cheese, white or red sauce, herbs)
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 3 pts · 228d
How much money is a small lump and how do you want me to sprinkle it?

TheAlbatross@lemmy.blahaj.zone · 2 pts · 229d
I love a salad pizza. Often this means an Italian house salad upended on a cooked base with red sauce. That's plenty good. But I've gotten into the idea of baking a pizza with sauce only and just putting any damn salad I want all over the top.
Kicks ass.
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 1 pts · 229d
What's the best salad you sell?
TheAlbatross@lemmy.blahaj.zone · 2 pts · 229d
Arugula, red onion, shaved parmesean, basil, and sliced cherry tomatoes
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 0 pts · 229d
How much?
TheAlbatross@lemmy.blahaj.zone · 2 pts · 229d
As much as you want, honey, it's your pizza, go wild!
I cover it so you can barely see the sauced base underneath, but it's really up to you.
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 0 pts · 229d
Okay then, $5
jack_of_sandwich@lemmy.sdf.org · 2 pts · 228d
You need more meat. Put some Pork Roll on it.
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 1 pts · 227d
Okay but I also want a balanced diet with some fruits/vegetables. What goes good with pork roll that you can sell me?
Jollyllama@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 228d
One of the best I ever did was left over Chinese food.
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 2 pts · 227d
Which ones?
Jollyllama@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 227d
It's never not worked tbh. I've done chow mein noodle, pork fried rice or crab rangoons.
Another amazing pizza that I've had is mashed potatoes with bacon and scallion. Ottos in the New England area makes it and it is the best.

Oh okay.
So what are you looking for? Want your thumb & pinky swapped?
BodePlotHole@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 227d
Balsamic is a good one. Especially with dollops of cream cheese.
It used to be common, but less so now, anchovies are fire.
Roasted green chiles, or jalapeño (fresh or pickled) if that isn't available.
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 1 pts · 227d
How much for a bit of each?
BodePlotHole@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 227d
... Bout 'tree fiddy..

Lushed_Lungfish@lemmy.ca · 2 pts · 228d
Doritos.
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 1 pts · 227d
With mozzarella?
Lushed_Lungfish@lemmy.ca · 2 pts · 227d
Sure if that makes it tasty! I prefer a cheddar/mozzarella/parm blend on my pizza. But some crushed up jalapeno Doritos adds a nice crunchy kick.
domdanial@reddthat.com · 2 pts · 227d
I've been enjoying zucchini slices like pepperoni. They are a fairly wet ingredient so don't overdo it, but a mandolin makes pretty quick work.
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 1 pts · 227d
Do you sell them pre-sliced or will I also need the mandolin?
domdanial@reddthat.com · 2 pts · 227d
I should pay attention to the community I reply in.
mcz@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 229d
Just add salt?
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 2 pts · 228d
Is that a seasoning or a topping?
mcz@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 228d
Both!
badlotus@discuss.online · 2 pts · 229d
Okra, pickles, corn, broccoli, chorizo, steak, radishes
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 0 pts · 229d
How would you rank the pizza experience of each? Do any go good with the others?
badlotus@discuss.online · 2 pts · 229d
To be honest I haven’t tried all of these. I’ve tried all of the toppings I haven’t crossed out:
Okra, pickles, corn, broccoli, chorizo, steak, radishes. Broccoli goes well with an Alfredo sauce base, chicken, mushrooms, bacon, and onions. Corn goes well with almost anything. Chorizo makes for a good breakfast pizza with a sausage gravy base, scrambled egg, crispy hash browns, and fried onion. Steak is good with anything but I’d keep it simple with mushroom and onions. I like lots of flavors on my pizza. Throw everything you’ve got on it and have an adventure. One time I made a pizza with a red sauce base, mozzarella cheese, Italian sausage, bacon, chicken, pepperoni, onion, artichoke, mushroom, spinach, corn, sun dried tomatoes, bell peppers, roasted garlic, Parmesan cheese, and a bit of red pepper flakes. It was great! I want to try capers on a pizza some day. Maybe make a lox, onion, cream cheese, tomato, and caper pizza on a pan crust. Not that original but sounds tasty.pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 0 pts · 229d
How much for the chorizo breakfast pizza?
badlotus@discuss.online · 2 pts · 229d
‘Bout $3.50 for a big slice
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 0 pts · 229d
I'll take 3.
badlotus@discuss.online · 2 pts · 229d
I can’t legally sell pizza since I don’t have a food handler’s card since I’m the GODDAMN LOCH NESS MONSTER.
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 0 pts · 229d
Well shucks, I'm not local to Scotland and I don't want to violate rule 3. :(
SanctimoniousApe@lemmings.world · 2 pts · 229d
Answer straight from the horse's mouth: skip the anchovies, and just use a puréed salt lick.
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 0 pts · 229d
Pureed salt? Wouldn't that just be smaller crystals?
SanctimoniousApe@lemmings.world · 2 pts · 229d
Technically, a salt lick is supposed to be more than salt, but I honestly know nothing about them. I just have abhorred anchovies since I discovered as a young teen that my mother loves them on pizza. May as well just pour the salt shaker out on top of the pizza, as far as I'm concerned.

sharkfucker420@lemmy.ml · 2 pts · 229d
6 but sliced into layers and spread evenly
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 0 pts · 229d
I'm not familiar with any $6 bill, and if I was I'm not sure I'd want to slice them.
sharkfucker420@lemmy.ml · 2 pts · 229d
Oh my fault, that'll be $250. It is a bargain really
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 1 pts · 229d
Do you have a photo of the strawberries? Do they have any certificates?
sharkfucker420@lemmy.ml · 2 pts · 229d
No sorry you just have to trust me. They are very high quality and very normal strawberries that can be trusted.
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 1 pts · 229d
Sounds like a scam.

pizza is bad for you

pmjv@lemmy.sdf.org · 2 pts · 228d
the dough is what kills you, not the toppings!
pieguy@lemmy.sdf.org · 2 pts · 227d
I use whole grain flour.

that has gluten
