This needs more attention. We all should know who the murderers are. 10 shots for a guy holding a phone needs to be prosecuted.

Responsibility flows up the chain of command. Literally whoever is next up on that list is just as responsible for pulling the trigger so long as they are protecting the ones who did.

This is another facet of their bullying spirit. Them: “We have full immunity. We have full anonymity. We will beat and murder you, then get rotated out for a little R&R.”

For any possible justice, we need to document every feature of these thugs.
