Not usually, but it’s unclear where the intersection is. I believe it’s usually 15’ from the intersection. Usually that is before the stop sign and I don’t recall seeing a situation where you could park past the stop sign but I don’t know if there is such a traffic regulation
Like some variant of the paradox of tolerance, I feel like someone who does something so flagrantly in violation of social norms should forfeit their protection.
Fine, park your shit on the sidewalk. Now no one's going to help when you're bleeding out.
There are monsters out there who would consider doing something like this to that car. I fully don't support doing that at all. It would be such an inconvenience to the pickup driver. https://tyreextinguishers.com/how-to-deflate-an-suv-tyre

Then venn diagram bit isn't true. However, you'd be right in saying at minimum 85% more likely 95% of the case.

It isn't every pickup driver, but it's always a pickup driver. I say this a lot when observing unhinged driver behavior

Isn't the car on the left also messed up? Or are you allowed to park so close in an intersection in the US?

I guess part of the problem is that people just see this as "mildly" infuriating

You can put a small pebble inside their tyre valve and it will leak out the air from their tyres.
teft@piefed.social · 1 pts · 217d
A valve core removal tool is like 3 or 4 bucks. Takes a lot longer to find a new valve core than it does to take a pebble out of a stem. Just saying.
DavidDoesLemmy@aussie.zone · 1 pts · 216d
It's not just removing the pebble. They have to find a way to re inflate the tyre.
teft@piefed.social · 1 pts · 216d
I get that but what's more difficult: finding a tire pump or finding a valve core?
DavidDoesLemmy@aussie.zone · 1 pts · 216d
I think taking their valve core might be illegal. A small pebble added is not.
