the chinese are straight up imprisoning them and taking their assets. lol
it's not a guillotine, but its effect are REALLY clear when you watch the videos of its major cities on youtube. lol

To be clear, the PRC also executes them, not just imprisoning them. Not via guillotine, but the effect is the same, an express ticket to oblivion.
