My guess would be something like:
Thank [you for] your [patience / order]. [Please] approach [the counter and line] up [to receive?] your [order] once [your number] is called.
Not sure where the missing words are supposed to fit in spatially, though.

im not sure these things can get desynced that way. im pretty sure most of these signage setups are a multimonitor configuration hooked up to an SBC behind the scenes but maybe they do something more weird and exotic.
