I need this….

That little battery is fine but eventually you should graduate to a real looking pipe: https://cartisan.tech/collections/510-battery/products/the-inspector

How coated does the neck get though?

Canconda@lemmy.ca · 1 pts · 160d

That one looks like it can stand without falling over? I have the little one and it's annoying and falls over.

Canconda@lemmy.ca · 1 pts · 160d

Just sayin, I found the battery life on this one to be like 2-3x the honeycomb pens at minimum. Took it camping for a week and didn't charge it once.

Neat. What's that?

a 510 cartridge on an electronic vape that looks like the end of a pipe. The cartridge makes up almost the entire stem.

devdoggy@piefed.social · 1 pts · 161d

It looks like a weed pen or cart. It is liquid THC that gets inhaled as a smoke vapor.

Do any of these exist that aren't auto draw? I find that auto draw batteries tend to clog up a lot more than a battery with a button to push.

Canconda@lemmy.ca · 2 pts · 160d

I have this (exact?) one. It's not auto draw. You have to hold the button.

I've had a few of these over the years, they work ok but the construction quality feels really cheap. I'd love to find a good solid feeling one

Pulsar makes a decent one and the carts hides in the stem. Holding mine right now, had it since September. Still working good

I have an eLeaf battery that has served me for years when most of the crap I've had before it only lasted weeks.

AngryCommieKender@lemmy.world · 2 pts · 160d (2 replies)

Seconding ELeaf. I got a ELeaf iStick mini in 2016. The battery still technically works, but the screws holding the case together wore out.

I replaced it with the full sized iStick in 2020-2021. Works great.

Kolanaki@pawb.social · 1 pts · 160d (1 reply)

I have noticed the casing is getting a bit looser. But I have a hex screw driver set small enough to tighten the screws up.

AngryCommieKender@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 160d

Oh I kept tightening them until the screw holes wore out. Then I just got the bigger version.

Plot twist, we swapped out grandpa's THC for DMT

Now it's story time!

phoenixz@lemmy.ca · 1 pts · 160d

If grandpa is going to finish that capsule in one go, he's about to have a triiiiiiiiiiipppp
