When I was 15 I worked at a seasonal greenhouse gig moving flowers around, and every single person I worked with was a full blown stoner, management included. A week before they laid everyone off, someone (presumably one of the other teenagers) came and stole 30 giant pots and a bunch of soil. Honestly, that was more proactive action than I expected out of them.
Honestly the fact that they are still in the shakers suggests this is like Alex Jones grift, were you have to be batshit bad at it to filter out the people smart enough to notice.

I used to walk around my workplace during breaks for exercise and passed a few kids chatting.
I overheard "I'm not kidding, my brother can get everything he needs to make weed at Taco Bell!"
