It is incredibly obnoxious behavior. I don't know what to report, so I just block them. Each day there are a few more communities.

Edit: The mod of each community is elefant on lemmy.world.

Took my dogs, Veronica and Chloe, to see my Dad's dog Annie, and to get my Dad to the store. They always love a car ride and seeing other animals. My dad also has four cats but they disappear when dogs start barking.

I have four cats as well and they are all doing well. Troy Barnes keeps attacking Miles Morales for the top spot on the new cat tower. Maryjane wins it because she is the princess of the house, and Abed Nadir continues to struggle to get Veronica to understand how much he loves her.

Our tortoise Ivan just got a head of lettuce and when he started chowing down, Chloe was reminded that he exists and watched intently.

All in all, no problems. Everyone here remains happy, which helps me in turn to not fall into that pit of despair.

For example, the other morning I got to sleep in a couple of hours and all four cats came to snuggle with me independently of each other during that time.

And it's a shame, because I feel like we have missed out on what it is like to be a person in the MCU.

They could have shown us life after the snap but before it was undone. Not anchored in a superhero show but in everyday life.

Every project that seemed it might touch on that has been axed before it could shine.

We could've used multiple seasons of Cap and the Winter Soldier, more WonderMan, or even a followup to WandaVision. Show the damned aftermath! It doesn't need to tie into a future project to satisfy a craving.

David Dastmalchain. He was an extra for many years before his breakout small role in Nolan's second Batman movie as one of Joker's goons.

I even remember pausing the scene (because he is so good) on one viewing to look him up and saw it was his first role listed on IMDB. (He has since been credited for a few tiny roles prior.)

Now he's in a ton of movies and has Grave Conversations on YouTube where celebrities are interviewed in caskets.

I have been job hunting for over a year now and the number of jobs that suddenly want a text only interview over Teams and then immediately want to hire is fucking silly.

It's far too easy to recognize. Wage too high, job functions vague. Then the standard "We will send you funds to buy the needed software."

I don't engage with such offers any longer. Always a waste of time.

The scam of course is that those funds will bounce and you are on the hook for buying their shitty software.

You could always see if a local group home company would appreciate the assistance.

I used to go to a food shelf like program (Ruby's Pantry in Minnesota) and bring the excess stuff I couldn't eat to a group home as a donation.

The unicorn is Illimita Whitedove, and he is kind of a surfer/stoner dude.

The nightclub is gonna be great fun, as is the patron. He is a gregarious, over the top host who is not at all what he appears to be.

Edit: Illimita showed up! We filled him in on the situation and he said "Whoa. That's heavy."

Family D&D game, 1pm-3pm.

We are attempting to recruit the former assistant to our big bad who is attempting to take over the Feywild, leading the Seelie and Unseelie courts to unite against the threat.

It just so happens that we have killed him before but the bastard had a clone.

The assistant is a kobold who has fallen out of his favor. We have scryed on him several times in the past and even healed a burn through the crying spell. We are using a unicorn ally (who is a result of the wild magic sorcerer accidentally summoning a unicorn three times) to convince him we are not evil.

Then 6pm-9pm I run a session for friends. They are in a SCP-themed aberration/ooze dungeon and are almost done, but they have not yet discovered that they are locked in by guards who are waiting for reinforcements. Then they will head further in the tunnels until they reach The Crypt, which is actually a nightclub run by someone who wants to be their patron.

Or arthouse horror.

Or Rube Goldberg machines.

I love that weird damn movie.

Also see City of the Lost Children by the same director. (and some of the same actors)
