This is the first and last thought that runs through my head in a day and while I can honestly say that I am I can always do better and help that line go up.
the board would like to remind you that this thought should also be running through your head in the middle of the day for sustained motivation and increased profit maximization.
For all the problems with tech companies, having a chunk of compensation be in the form of RSUs isn't the worst idea ever. (I know it's not specific to tech companies, but it's generally a very prominent aspect of tech company compensation, Netflix notwithstanding.)
