It kinda looks like Neapolitan ice cream. Or since it's the Fr*nch version, Napoleon ice cream.

We just call this style of icecream for "tricolore" here in Denmark, which works for both the Italian and Fr*nch flag ("il tricolore" / "le drapeau tricolore"). Sometimes also "regnbueis" or "rainbow icecream".

That makes more sense since Neapolitan is really just a region in Italy, so there's also Neapolitan pizza, which can be confusing.
