Update:

29 people died in the crash of an An-26 in Crimea. The military transport aircraft crashed into a rock

This was reported by the Russian Defense Ministry, according to the state agency TASS.

"There was no impact on the aircraft. The preliminary cause of the disaster is a technical malfunction," the department said.

Of the 29 victims, six were crew members, and the rest were passengers. It is claimed that the aircraft crashed during a scheduled flight.

Better idea, show up to work, fly the airplane to Ukraine and donate it to the Ukrainian war effort. They are all going to die in the war against Ukraine anyways, why not make a choice for something else?
