I don't like the Wii version because they made all the levels backwards. I prefer either the Gamecube version or the Wii U version since they keep the level Geometry the way it's supposed to be.
Although the newer versions do wall off areas that were previously accessible on Gamecube.
Of course I think this will change since there is a PC port coming soon made from the decomp, and that will likely be the best way to play the game going forward when it comes out.

actually it's that right handed people couldn't handle Link's lefthandedness, so they made him right handed in the wii version specifically
