Ugh. The same joke repeated ad nauseam is the opposite of whimsy. It's like Facebook trying to be whimsical, but you know it's some intern being forced to write the silly lines.

I love the implication that whimsy - which is basically defined by joyful purposelessness -must be assigned a measurable purpose (such as stress-reduction) to become a viable, option for people, since we now know it is beneficial, and can be used to optimize ourselves...
