I'm trying to imagine a normal-ish face with that being his mouth and I can't, It's a mouth you see in 2d faces, in the cheek of a 3d face (I said it horribly but I hope you can understand), in the incorrect orientation since head is oriented left and mouth is right.
Idk, I didn't and don't see a mouth at all there. Sure, the droll and so on makes sense, but I can't see the face with a mouth there.
