[Steam controller] Anyone hear back after the May 8th reservation blitz?

I just completed my order this morning. I reserved it about a minute before the official opening of reservations. Hopefully you get your email soon! Delivery says 3-5 business days.

I'm in the same boat as you, no word yet. If I go back to the reservation page, I do have the option to cancel my order, so presumably they at least have my place in the queue.

UPDATE 05/26/26: I was just able to complete the purchase. Valve sent me an email and I was able to purchase through the Steam store.

There was a batch of reservations that got to order last Friday. People online said they got reservations in 2 min early from announcement. From what I recall and assuming demands like steam deck the first couple batches in the US were like 2 second increments and then gradually increasing to 20 seconds, other countries were luckier and started 30 seconds to minutes.

Yes. I got an email to purchase on Tuesday of this week. I also reserved one a few minutes after reservations went live.

Hasn't shipped yet though.

I reserved within a couple minutes of being able to and have heard nothing.

Edit: in the event anyone finds this comment again, I got to complete my purchase now, on June 7th.

Nope. Would be nice if they could give us an estimate or something but I guess we'll just have to wait and see 🤷‍♂️

I reserved when my clock said 1pm. Haven't heard anything yet

My wife reserved just before 1pm EST and it’s shipped, should be here tomorrow.

I reserved as soon as they opened and got to order on the 18th. It’s supposed to get here tomorrow

i reserved about an hour after they opened and haven’t heard anything yet, very psyched they’re shipping already though

Replenishment of inventory will vary from region to region. We will start fulfilling reservations next week in the US / Canada, and UK / EU / AU in the following weeks.

So I'm guessing those of us outside North America will have to wait a while...

I don't need mine right now. But if this is my chance for the next few months...

I was there pressing the button when reservations started. Got the email on May 15th and it was shipped on 18th. It's arriving today and I'm quite certain that it's in a pile of other packages in a store near me.

There are users on the something awful forums that claim to have received have their 'your reservation is ready' emails.

I reserved one a minute before the posted go live time, got to order it Monday and it is arriving tomorrow.

I'm sure it's going to be at least several months to a year before more are available with how the hardware market has been fucked.
