GOP Reps. Thomas Massie [KY], Brian Fitzpatrick [PA], Tom Barrett [MI] and Warren Davidson [OH] voted in favor with all Democrats.

Since that's the only thing we really care about beyond the headline

But what did the US get out of all of this? I mean apart from a need to manufacture more weapons to replace the ones we expended.

If I wasn’t mistaken, it would appear that we are a bit worse off than before.

Incidentally, there are a lot of pedophiles in the Epstein files that need investigated. While we are at it, we should investigate the root cause of this Iran war and hold people accountable.

…bless my cotton socks. I know. A boy can dream, can’t he? Assuming, of course, the dreaming is still legal.

But what did the US get out of all of this?

Prevented Israeli intelligence from releasing the worst parts of the Epstein files for another day.

Also, Netanyahu delayed his trial for as long as possible. It's a win-win for both the American pedophiles and Bibi.

Also, Netanyahu delayed his trial for as long as possible.

That part explains why Netanyahu is using his blackmail material in this way.

People are spending so much money and accruing so much credit card debt on food and gas. That means the economy is booming, supposedly.

It's the elites who also benefited from insider trading of the stock market.

It could be an orchestrated escape plan so t-dog can say he didn't lose, he was told to leave.

Since Vietnam, America is always looking for excuses not to look like they lost, but still looked like they lost.

My first thought, it's his bone spurs letter again.

"Man, they would not let me fight, but I totally wanted to, and I would have won the whole war with one hand, damn darnit!!!"

Is it the same War Powers Resolution that a Democrat Co sponsor had to vote against last week so it wouldn't pass?

Speculater@lemmy.world · 6 pts · 106d (4 replies)

That was absolutely wild. Kind of showed us all that they're all in on it.

OwOarchist@pawb.social · 4 pts · 106d (2 replies)

they’re all in on it

Or at least enough of them to block any progress.

And why are they in on it? They're in the files.

TankovayaDiviziya@lemmy.world · 4 pts · 106d (1 reply)

Not just those files, they are in the pockets of oligarchs.

OwOarchist@pawb.social · 2 pts · 106d

Epstein wasn't the only Epstein. Plenty of other Epsteins out there that haven't been caught, or at least haven't been caught as publicly. Plenty of other intelligence agencies -- and privately funded oligarchs -- running honeytraps to gain blackmail material on the rich and powerful. And it's probably pretty rare to have any person in a significant position of influence who hasn't fallen for at least one of those traps and become compromised by someone.
