It's not the 'fun' part that's unhinged. It's the ego to cast one self as the buff minion when you're in a position of power. Pushing power dynamics is something creeps, narcissists, and fascists do.

Could be. Just explaining why it could be an unhinged goofball, too. Even bad people can be goofy. Only context we do not have could definitively prove it one way or the other.

One of my managers is like this, it's all just jokes and sillyness. Jobs suck and it's fun to just be a little taboo sometimes
