Umm, how the heck else would one pronounce it? I know it is a contraction of 'super user do' but soo-doo sounds like something stuck to a ninja turtle foot.

I mean, I can see why one would pronounce it that way. It's a neologism that's spelled like judo except it starts with an s instead of a j.
