What I mean is that isn't it hard to prove whether a company actually is supporting Israel unless they've been outright about being against it? I'm not trying to test you; I'm literally curious about what some of these are.

Also, is what he's doing not emotional manipulation? "Ultimatum" or not, the exact wording doesn't matter; if he really cares about continuing the relationship, He should be actively helping her find alternatives to the products that she would normally buy from Amazon and even link them to her to make it easy to move. He's putting the work on her; that's lazy and rude and controlling when he doesn't even want to help her help the switch. Does that make sense?

Hmm, interesting. That makes me think of someone whose last name was literally "Gay" before gayness as a news headliner broke out, I think right around the turn of the century. Her family changed their name to "Gray" as a result.

I wonder if a name change might have been or even might be helpful for that person you know.

I'm just messing around. I was thinking of a 4-panel comic in which a person does chores, like vacuuming, handling laundry, and the 2nd-to-last panel is something like, "Dread one's short existence," before finishing with another humdrum task in the style of the other panels. I can't find the comic despite trying, unfortunately!
