Oh look, we've synced up! I was cranky yesterday, but today I'm just... on a rollercoaster! Tea and chocolate for us both - and anyone else who wants or needs it!
This week I am making some necklaces for Miss Seagoon for her b'day. Been designing and collecting vintage beads for a few months now. Really long beaded necklaces made with crystals and gemstones , a blue green one and a pink orange one. I think I might do matching earrings. Will take pics when I am done. ๐
::: spoiler TMI period talk...
What is it that makes my body want to always have a period at the most inconvenient time/place possible?
On a remote camping holiday with no toilets or running water? Perfect timing for a girl to have her first ever period, right? That set the pattern for my entire life.
More recently it's been unpredictable peri-menopause periods deciding that a trip to Melbourne with limited access to my normal supplies is a perfect time to absolutely flood. The sooner this bitch of a uterus dries up for good the better.
:::
I get a warning of back pain beforehand anywhere from 23 days to 150 days. Thankfully they're not heavy. When will it fucking end so I can burn my old undies.
My app is telling me I have an average of 81 days, with a variation of 103 days. I get the old PMS symptoms that used to be a warning almost constantly, so I really have absolutely no idea. Mostly not heavy, but with a couple of 'am I bleeding out?' level thrown in just to keep me guessing.
How can we all sync when we don't ever have contact?! Currently period pooing. Resorted to a Mirena 4 months ago because I was sick of the unpredictability. Then I bled for 3 months. Finally stopped last cycle but my theory about it stopping my period is laughable. Yours in super dooper long thick surfboard pads.
Index finger is 159 Golden-I (sh Xtreme wear).
Middle and pinky fingers is 128 Lustrous Gold.
128 works better as a semi-transparent topper or a subtle enhancement to your nails, while 159 is more opaque, so two coats is enough for full coverage. I do need to get some of that nail polish thinner, the stuff to rejuvenate old polish, for the 159 as it is a few years old and the liquid stuff is slightly dry/evaporated, chunky.
Otherwise, they are perfectly gaudy like I predicted.
Edit: it's not a thinner, but it just adds back in the liquid formula that evaporated/dried
I was with one of the people that helped build it. It took about 6 weeks and all of the stuff was sourced sort of piecemeal through marketplace, op shops, garage sales and so on.
The kids have now watched the first Jurassic Park. They've watched a Netflix Jurassic World series and the first World movie so I wasn't concerned about them being scared of this one.
I think between Jurassic Park and Terminator 2 we have their favourite movies
PIedmonte's has it occasionally. Emu meat isn't all that nice - and is quite oily rather than fatty. It's OK as mince if flavoured fairly strongly. Weirdly, the jerky is quite good, and I like it better than chicken jerky. Don't bother with the drumsticks either - tougher than the average doormat.

Tomorrow I have a site visit one on one with a high ranking politician. I've already had to placate him via email.
Fucking wankers. We can both play rhetorical games.
Also I noticed the strays are looking a little r o t u n d.

I used to get blue from hormones
was very intense, would come out of nowhere and for no discernable reason
but damn I miss the fire of the otherwise normal hormone levels, now my levels are even but tame

Thanks. ๐ She deserves all the things. ๐ฅน
I aim to have at least ten different beads on each to give an interesting look. And she loves long necklaces and they do look beautiful on her. ๐ฅฐ
