That oil refinery is on fire more frequently than not. Gotta be tough to work there, given how unsafe it must feel. How’re they maintaining a workforce in these conditions?
I wonder if anyone there has figured out that inflating these numbers makes them look worse?
It is not an easy sell to your people that you are not losing a war where this long in the war where you are the aggressor Ukraine has so many munitions to spend. Like whats the upside of those numbers?

Their military statistics are set up for exaggeration and inflated numbers to make themselves look good.
