According to gevil translate it's "You fucking shitty little shit" which kind off gives justice to the original vibe, but English is just not as rich when it comes to insults. The first word was the issue for me. "Zasraný" "Zajebaný" is something we have as well.
I would translate them as "shitface" "fucker". But yeah the english is a bit weak on insults compared to "post comunist countries".
