Um, it means they are actively editing it? Sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.

There's a whole section now on "Mid-2026 hospitalization and death rumors". I assume they didn't write that until recently.

Simple! He finally discovered the Internet, and found out that there were “some errors” in the Wikipedia entry about his life.

there are no stupid questions, but there certainly are questions that seem to have bad intentions..

It means that someone changed the text.
