But more importantly: organize to try and make the world a better place.

And besides, actually doing stuff that you think to be meaningful helps with feeling better.

Ooh, an opportunity to hop on my favorite soapbox:

Millenials and Gen-Xers that grew up watching Mr. Rogers need to stop looking for the helpers. "Look for the helpers" is advice for children in scary and confusing situations that are beyond their control. You are an adult. You are supposed to step up and be the helper.
