Yes, this includes humans. For the sake of the argument, possibly plants, too. If you manage to do it with a fungus without getting an infection ill be impressed, but also actively loading a shotgun.

Non household pets would still be someone else's household, so ban.

Farm animals would be the grey zone because they are still owned.

Now wild non domesticated animals are still the end game.
