gayness is stored in the brain
This picture was created by (iirc) flash freezing donated brain tissue and using a novel cutting technique to remove a cubic millimetre of tissue while preserving the placement and connections of the neurons in the sample. The sample was then placed in a scanning electron microscope and the resulting data was colour coded to reveal distinct cell types. It is, to my knowledge, the most high definition photo ever taken of neurons in their natural state.

We're just beginning to understand the gut-brain signaling interaction, but early research suggests it's plausible that a large amount of gayness in the anus would have a strong impact on the gayness of the neurons.

Wait wait wait. They froze ONLY the cells, preserving the empty space between them as empty! An SEM basically makes a physical scan, so you can't fill the space between cells with anything.
Science is totally amazing. I cant even imagine how you would do that.

Sexuality and desire come from the subcortical structures of the brain. Because of the layering in the picture and the prevalence of pyramidal cells it's clearly a section of cortex. Based on the size, shape, and distribution of the cells in the lower section I'd say you have a picture of layers 2 and 3 of the cortex. I can't tell what part of the cortex though.
